We want to ensure clients of Dawn Clark Colour and Callie Haynes Hairdressing enjoy the best experience possible! Please take a moment to review the following guidelines prior to booking your appointment:

Salon Policies:

• Colour and chemical services are performed by Dawn Clark; cut, style & makeup services are performed by Callie Haynes.

• Your comfort and well-being are very important to us; prior to receiving your service, please inform us of any special needs or medical conditions, pregnancy, injuries, allergies, or disabilities.

• Please arrive several minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For your convenience, our waiting area is equipped with free WiFi and we offer an assortment of refreshments upon request.

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in the need to reschedule your appointment. All efforts will be made to assist with having services performed the same day.

• If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of your service date. We will be happy to address any concern that you may have.

Booking and Payment:

• Services are performed by appointment only; we recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance so we can accommodate your scheduling needs.

• Cash and check payments are accepted at this time. Prices are subject to change without notice. All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. Some services may be personalized depending on time and materials required; we are happy to explain your total price prior to service.

Cancellation Policy:

• We require 24 hours advance notice for cancellations. Please understand that without this courtesy window, we lose the opportunity to fill your missed appointment time, and clients on our waiting list lose the opportunity to receive services. With everyone’s busy schedules, we understand how easy it is to forget an appointment, so we suggest utilizing text/email reminders available through our booking service, Vagaro.

• No-shows or late cancellations will be subject to a fee equivalent to the missed service; this fee must be paid prior to booking your next service.

Records and Privacy:

• Information received is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your requests and to maintain our customer database.

• Please help us keep our records current by notifying us of any telephone or address changes.

• Email addresses and/or mobile numbers you provide are used for online appointment confirmation and reminders. Email newsletter subscribers may periodically receive current promotions, events, new products and services, and special offers, but may choose to opt-out at any time via email link.

• We value our clients’ privacy and will never release any personal information to any outside parties.
